The film begins with the release of a prisoner named John Muller who is setup with a job on the outside by the prison. He immediately goes back with his friends and tries to pull off a heist. It fails and soon Muller is on the run. That is until he finds out about Dr. Bartok who is his spitting image except for a scar on his cheek. Soon Muller hatches a plan to take the doctors place and carries it out. However, he messes up and puts the scar on the wrong cheek. The question is whether that mistake will be spotted and what the consequences will be either way.

The lighting in the film is gorgeous thanks to cinematographer John Alton. The plot is so so and the ending has a nice twist, but the film is really just worth a look.
